Pool Inspection Information

We’ve made the pool inspection process easy for home buyers and their agents.

The pool inspection process is very similar to working with a home inspector. We ask that the buyer becomes familiar with and agrees to the terms and conditions of our pool inspection agreement. Electronically signing the inspection agreement and payment of the inspection fee by cash, check or credit card ahead of the in-field portion of the pool inspection is required.

With over 20 years of experience and with safety and functionality being our top concerns, we pride ourselves on delivering detailed, unbiased pool inspection reports that provide valuable insights into the condition of a property’s pool and equipment.

When you work with Aquachecks you can expect:

• Prompt and reliable service to meet your timelines.
• Comprehensive pool inspections conducted by experienced professionals.
• Clear and concise inspection reports outlining any issues and recommended actions.
• Dedicated support to address any questions or concerns throughout the inspection process.

To schedule your pool inspection, the buyer should enter their contact information into the form below. Upon submitting the form, a new page will open to our pool inspection agreement. Please read the agreement carefully. The agreement has an option where you can select if the subject pool has an integrated spa, or if it is a pool with no spa.

You can sign the agreement at the bottom by typing your full name. There is also an option for authorizing that the completed pool inspection report be sent to other recipients at the bottom of the agreement. After submitting the agreement form you will receive a PDF copy of the signed agreement. We will reach out to you at the phone number you’ve provided to schedule your pool inspection.
