Thank you for sending your completed pool inspection agreement form. You will be contacted very soon by phone to schedule your pool inspection. A copy of your signed inspection agreement has been sent to you by email along with the information found below.
Things to keep in mind about your pool inspection
- If you are considering purchasing a home with an existing pool, it is very wise to have it inspected.
- Often there will be a list of suggested maintenance items and/or repairs provided from the pool inspection report to help you know about any immediate issues with the pool and also what to expect down the road.
- We are often asked to estimate how much certain repairs will cost. Since contractor pricing varies considerably, we recommend contacting a competent licensed contractor for all estimates and repairs.
- Existing problems with underground pool piping or other pool components are not detectable during a visual inspection.
- We make every attempt to verify the functionality of the existing pool and equipment on the day of the inspection.
- The inspection will require the permission of the pool owner and ideally, access to all pool equipment.
- Very often we will “piggyback” our pool inspection schedules to coincide with a general home inspection.
- Once completed, you’ll receive a PDF pool inspection report from Aquachecks by email within the following 24 hours.
- We require payment in full by cash, check or credit card 24 hours prior to the field portion of the inspection.
- We’re currently using Paypal as our credit card payment processor. You can click the link below to securely make your payment by credit card at any time.
